You can just upload your template in com_fireboard/templates folder.

Template must have:
forum.css
header.html
footer.html
template_thumbnail.png
template_img_thumbnail.png

----
You can edit all page design and properties too. For example: If you want to change message view you can make new message.php for your template or if you want to change category list, make new listcat.php then add your template folder. Like Smf Forum template system.

Next release will be have upload template file on backend. We are working on it, in addition to making documents and tutorials for template.

That\'s not working for me. Should I be able to upload the whole zip file or do I need to do each individual file in the zip?

it won\'t be zip file.
create new folder on your fireboard template folder, than upload your forum.css ,header.html, footer.html, template_thumbnail.png,template_img_thumbnail.png .
If you want to change message view you can make new \'message.php\" for your template or if you want to change category list, make new \"listcat.php\" then add your template folder.

that\'s it.
