Ok I have another problem for you :P
I updated my Fireboard to RC1 without error messages. But when I re-enter the forum I noticed that all the post are not shown! They are still there (I checked with mysql), and if I edit any message I can see that the text correctly. Simply they are not shown! Do you have any idea on how to fix this? The problem appears in all the templates I have including the default one.
I have joomla 1.5.6.

Thanks!

I use tmrsk-blue template, but I have the same problem with all the default templates installed with fireboard.
I have just noticed that uploading the view.php of FB1.0.4 in the default directory permits to see the text, but that way I have a lot of problems in showing the users informations!

That is the problem. We have done a lot of bug fixes, also in the template sections. Maybe your old template for 1.0.4 affects the behaviour of 1.0.5.

Please try this: select one of the default templates. Then go to the forum setup, edit one forum/category and save it (you don\'t need to modify something). Then go to the frontend a look, if now the forums are shown.

I have tried but no changes at all.

Anyway I think I have not explained well my problem. I am able to see all the forums, but not the post inside each topic. I try with a screenshot:

The colors are not from the default template. Is it possible that the foreground color of the text matches the background color?

What is the text width set to in the Firebaord configuration? Try using a smaller value to limit the size of the text area.
