Where did you upload the English.php file?

I am thinking you uploaded it to the wrong location, it should go here: /administrator/components/com_fireboard/language

I am thinking that maybe you put it here: /language

If so, you need to copy the file to your desktop and upload it to the top directory. Then go to joomla.org and download the 1.0.12 - 1.0.13 Joomla Update Package and there should be the correct \"CORE\" Enlish.php file within it.. in the language folder. Simply upload it to the second directory I listed above.

Please let me know if this was the case so I can let everyone know in the forum.

Why do we all need to make these coding/modifications? it should be standard build in!

and mambots do not work with 1.5 (its for 1.0 only)

I agree Swiftly, they should build these things in. There are certain aspects of Forums everyone uses. And with todays use of videos and music why not add something so simple? Well I am sure it is only a matter of time before our good friends here make a change.

But, we have to give them credit based on the fact that they have provided me, you and all of us with this free tool.

Yes, of course I am thankful!!!!
But they didn\'t put up this forum as a feel good room for them :silly: .

(and they have advertisements income,...and of course fun in making the component. Myself I am also helping the joomla community, I am in the development team for JAM = joomla advanced messaging, read more about it on www.joomladev.org )

Nanaya, it is an option in the Firboard Configuration in the Joomla Admin. Look there.

Thanks,
