Fireboard plugins are Joomla! plugins (aka mambots) so you need to use the Joomla mambot installation system.

I\'ve installed FireBoard SearchBot but I can\'t install Community Builder, any idea? I proved with Mambot Installer, Module Installer and Component installer no one recognize the .xml file.

Make sure you actually have Community Builder Installed, you can check this through Admin Panel--> Components, if there is a Menu item for Community Builder, its installed. If you havent installed it yet, get it here, I think you have to register. Installation instructions are here .
After that, Fireboard modules/addons can be installed through the Joomla Installation menu (Admin Panel-->Install, or something like that)

And Community Builder plugins can be installed through Community Builder Plugin Management.

In the plugins in the Community Builder go to the bottom of the page. There is a button to select the file to upload!.. and the upload button of course!
