Integration with JIM 10 Years, 4 Months ago
Hi, I was wondering why Fireboard does not support integration, among Private messaging component, with JIM as Joomlaboard was doing. I choose JIM because it could be integrated also with Community Builder and this helped me a lot. Maybe there are other better solution out there. Suggestions?
Thanks

Hi zseni, unfortunately in the Fireboard panel I don\'t see JIM in the list of the options of Private messaging component. So how can I use it? Have I to install something specific?

When you mention Missus, you mean to switch from JIM to Missus?

I think, you have a JIM component.
Well, you have to install this component, and in Fireboard admin panel you can choose JIM from PM messengers.
I\'m sorry my english, but I\'m hungarian.:)
I hope, you understand what i want to tell you.;)

I just installed JIM but whenever I click PM under a persons profile, it says : The page you are trying to access does not exist.
Please select a page from the main menu.

I also can\'t get the PM link to show up under the USER MENU?

Does the latest build of Jim integrate into FB 1.0.0, I see there is a patch for JB1.1.4 but nothing on specifically stated. I continue to see reference to a patch for FB but the link takes me to the Joomla extensions download area to Jim 1.0.1

I am highly paranoid about upgrading a production site to a beta release of fireboard...

Any suggestions...
